He is also qualified education counsellor (QEAC#14559). As CEO, Md Maniruzzaman oversees the strategic direction of Austral Study: ensuring the alignment of the company with emerging educational trends and customer needs.

Wael came with a wealth of a diverse background and extensive experiences gained in Australia and overseas. Since 1987 he has been actively involved in various community and youth Educational projects in the Middle East, Europe, and South East Asia. Wael arrived to Australia in 1999, where he gained his master degree from University of New England (NSW), he also held a position of welfare guidance officer at the same university and conducted several induction lecturers to new students in both schools of education and social science. Wael, in different treasury and Vocational Education sector and has managed several individual and groups from overseas to gain full educational degree , work and live in Australia, and most of them are Australian citizens. Wael have extensive knowledge and career planning pathways based in Australian market which maximise the need of international and national students and job seekers.
